We retain client and test-result information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, satisfy legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at radonandco@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. Note that deleting certain records (such as a completed test result tied to a real estate transaction) may not be possible where we have a legal or contractual obligation to retain them.

9. Children's privacy

Our Site and Services are directed at adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
